The core idea? Applying the art of Belgian brewing to non-Flemish beers. Take the Viven Champagner Weisse, for example. A refined, elegant and classy beer that gets an amazing taste and balanced finesse from the champagne yeast. And with only 4.8% of alcohol, you can feel free to order a second one. The Viven Nada IPA should also be on your menu. An IPA as it should be but without alcohol. Fresh, fruity and summery!
