Batu Kombucha Cocktail #1
One for the road!
BATU Kombucha is perfect for making cocktails.
Like this variant; hot and smokey with a ginger kick.
Your last drink before you have to go home on your bike through the stormy weather.
This is what you need:
- 30 ml blended Scotch whisky
- One slice of lemon
- Ice cubes
- BATU Ginger & Lemon
This is how you make it:
1. Put your whisky in a glass;
2. Add ice cubes;
3. Fill your glass with BATU Ginger & Lemon;
4. Squeeze the juice of 1/8th lemon into your glass and stir carefully;
5. Garnish with a slice of ginger and lemon;
6. Then heat in a pan on the fire for a double heat shot.
