Friends Melvin and Floris, both raised in the Dutch hospitality industry, shared a passion for Italy and the delicious, traditional drink. Driven by the desire to take limoncello to the next level, they began a months-long search for the perfect ingredients. After countless experiments and refinements, the recipe that gives AMICI its unique, refined flavour was finally born.
