This is not a quickly produced soft drink. It is made artisanally, with real attention in small handmade batches! The basis is green and black tea. After the tea is carefully brewed, cane sugar and a combination of yeasts and bacteria are added. After a 30-day fermentation, additional ingredients such as organic juice or fresh herbs are added. The result is an unfiltered kombucha with subtle bubbles and a mature flavour. BATU is completely organic, vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free.
