Description

At Domaine Mathias, Carole and Bastien welcome you to the family estate of 13ha of vineyards, created in the 1980s by Alain Mathias, Bastien's father. It is a very versatile wine domain with a production of white, and red wines on the plains of Chablis, Burgundy AOC, Epineuil. Since 2015, Domaine Mathias has been certified organic and the Mathias family attaches particular importance to 'respect for nature and the environment'. Integral ploughing, weeding and tillage, treatments against vine diseases with biodegradable agents by the rain, bear witness to well-managed agriculture.
Carole and Bastien, oenologists trained in Dijon, have lost their hearts to their profession as winegrowers. They bring their advice and skills to complement the 30 years of experience of Alain Mathias to develop the finest wines.
