Description

Aureto, Aphélie Rouge; This wine undergoes a brief maceration period of only a few days, after which it is pressed with extreme care. The final result is then aged in stainless steel tanks, with the ageing process enriched by a six-month lagering on fine lees. A unique process of diatomaceous earth filtration is used to further optimise and fully balance the wine. The end result is a wine with exquisite organic acidity and a sublimely refined flavour experience.
