Description
Kombucha, Passion Fruit & Hop. Complex, sweet, sour and aromatic - an interesting triangle for adult adventurers. You just have to do it once. Drinking kombucha we mean.

Everything is Adventure! So hop on a train and go on a surfing holiday to France, even if you can't do it. Cycle from Cairo to Cape Town. Study origami. Go on sabbatical to Schiermonnikoog. Eat jackfruit. Or do it all. With a little courage, your life will be full of adventures. In Mongolia they call it BATU: the courage and strength needed to do new things. Description

BATU Kombucha

BATU kombucha is not a quickly produced soft drink. It is produced in small handmade batches in Europe's most sustainable brewery with real attention to detail. The basis is organic green and black tea. After the tea has been carefully brewed, organic cane sugar and a combination of yeasts and bacteria are added. Then follows a thirty-day-long fermentation process in which all the sugars are fully 'consumed'. Once these are completely gone, additional ingredients are added (such as organic cold pressed juice or fresh herbs) after which it rests for a week to fully come to taste.

This process and the fact that BATU is unfiltered ultimately produce a delicious sugar-free kombucha with subtle bubbles and a mature tingling taste. Unfiltered kombucha is sometimes a little cloudy, but a lot tastier. BATU is completely organic, vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free and is made with respect for people and nature. Although BATU tastes best when served chilled, it does not need to be transported or stored in a refrigerator, which has a positive impact on the environment.
