Description

In the heart of Canet en Roussillon, our family has been making wine for five generations. Today, three generations, represented by Louis the grandfather, Michel the father, and Marc the son, do their best every day to work the 50 hectares of vineyards on the estate.

In the middle of the village of Canet, the wine cellar is housed in a beautiful building that dates back to 1863 and is one of the oldest buildings in the village. This building, known as the Cellar of the Hospices, is characterised by its architecture and its ceiling from the Reed period. It owes its name to the fact that for many years it belonged to the hospital of Perpignan. This cellar, full of charm, integrates wonderfully. The cellar is a perfectly preserved place from that time.

Average age of the vines: 35 years.
The combination of the Mediterranean climate and the clayey limestone soil with many stones give our wines their special flavour. On the Aspres land, sea air enters and refreshes the vine, giving it its precious moisture. This location creates an exceptional microclimate that gives our wines an excellent balance between powerful aromas and soft tannins.
