Asufa is the personal playground of our winemaker Guy Eshel at Dalton Winery; a series of moments and memories collected over his time in the field and brought to life here at Dalton. Coast to Coast is a spicy wine, the nose is rich with currants, berries and plums, spiced with cinnamon, cloves and vanilla. The wine has a medium body with sweet fruit and soft tannins.
