David's Harp sweet

David's Harp sweet is a red wine made from Carignan and Grenache grapes and is often used as Kiddush, Havdalah or Supper wine. This special wine has been produced in the Jerusalem area since 1847. The "Baddaz Yerushalayim" certificate indicates that this delicious wine meets the highest inspection requirements of the Rabbinate. David's Harp is therefore rated as the best sweet Kosher red wine.

Description

This beautiful winery is based in Jerusalem and Philipe Lichtenstein is its well-known winemaker. The winery has been around since 1847. It is not among the biggest wineries in Israel at the moment, but it is an important one because who does not know the famous David's Harp wine? And of course the amazing grape juice. The grape varieties they work with are: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Emerald Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc.
