Description

The vineyards for this flavourful wine are located in Epineuil, on a terroir that is
dates back to the Upper Jurassic. The soil is an alternation of marl and limestone of
the Kimméridgien. The alternation of hard and soft layers in the soil provides
allowing the roots of the vines to penetrate deeply. This gives the
vines access water and minerals from deeper layers. This unique mineral
character is reflected in the aromas and flavours of the wine, resulting in a
more complex and concentrated wine.
