Description

Domaine Desom, Pinot Gris, Grand Premier Cru, from the small, thriving country of Luxembourg. A country that, in addition to its beautiful culture and stunning nature, produces some very high-quality wines...

Domaine Desom originated in the early 20th century and is still owned by the same family after several generations. Despite many changes and renovations to the winery and its surroundings, the goal within the family has always remained the same; to keep the estate in honour and to constantly improve themselves in order to present the highest quality grapes and wines at all times.

Besides the knowledge and experience with which the grapes are treated, Domaine Desom owes the high quality of the grapes to the valuable area where the vineyards are located.

The Mosel region in Luxembourg has excellent soil and ideal climate, allowing the grapes to reach their optimal ripeness. It is therefore not without reason that the winery is becoming increasingly popular and now manages 18 hectares of its own soil and vinifies grapes from 40 hectares of land belonging to surrounding farmers!
