Description

About Maison Goichot
Founded in 1947 by Marcel-André Goichot, Maison Goichot has been owned by his son, André- Marie Goichot, since 1987.
The Goichot family owns several vineyards, one in the Côte de Beaune and the other in the Côte Chalonnaise, and can therefore offer most Burgundy appellations.

Formerly called Vin de Pays d'Oc, this regional IGP wine has been part of a region in France that produces the most vin de pays since 2009. The vineyard, between mountains, valleys and oceans, with very diverse soils, covers more than half of Languedoc's wine production.

The grapes are pressed immediately after harvest, after which alcoholic and malolactic fermentation for 100% takes place in stainless steel vats. Maturation lasts about 12 months before bottling.
