One Eyed Rebel Rum Passionfruit & Coconut

Manchester Distillery. It all started with a Gin & Tonic. It started with three words: What are you drinking? Jen replied: gin and tonic. On that cold, wet February evening in Manchester, Seb and Jen talked for hours about their hopes and dreams, about travel, food, and of course their mutual love of gin.
Two years later, ready to open their own bar, Jen and Seb discovered distilling small batches of gin, which provided the spark that is now Manchester Gin. From their dining room, Seb and Jen began distilling 60 litres of gin at a time. Hoping to make 800 bottles a year, they distilled through the night and bottled, labelled and sold during the day.
They made 25,000 bottles in their dining room, which won gold at the Spirit Masters for micro-distilling. Now, just three years later, the Spirit of Manchester Distillery is a state-of-the-art distillery capable of producing a million bottles a year.
Although Manchester is not the most tropical of locations, the team there have a real talent for making tropical drinks that immediately make you think of warm and sunny beaches. This rum is great with ice and/or ginger ale.
