Orce Roble

Description
Orce Roble - Beautiful bright colour. Intense cherry red with violet hues. In the nose, predominant fine aromas of ripe blackberries and plums, with hints of liquorice. On the palate, we have a slight spiciness and notes of balsamic vinegar and a hint of wood. With subtle tannins and a full, good structure. The finish is soft and intense.

Description

The Martinez Saez estate covers an area of 550 hectares. Bodegas Martinez Saez is a family winery where traditional methods are combined with the latest technologies of winemaking. The winery was built in 2001 and is equipped with modern facilities; it has computer-controlled temperature equipment, pneumatic wine presses and an acclimatised wine cellar where temperature and humidity are strictly controlled before fermentation in American and French oak barrels. Fermentation and filtering are carried out in the traditional way without adding sulphites or sugars. The vineyard is carefully tended throughout the year to produce the highest quality grapes possible. Winemaker Antonio Rodriguez has gained experience in regions like La Rioja, La Mancha and Valdepeñas.
