Perlage is a water originating from Poland with a subtle bubble. "Perlage" is the name of a special method of saturating water with carbon dioxide of natural origin, causing bubbles to be fine and slowly released. Just like good-quality sparkling wines. The effect? Particularly fine water and a high CO2 content.
