Description
The Prosecco Rosé Brut Nature is made from 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Noir grapes from one vintage and has a bright, light salmon pink colour. On the nose, the wine is fresh and fruity, with notes of yellow apple, white flowers, red berries and strawberries. The mouthfeel is gently pungent and elegant, with a fresh and clean taste, despite there being no residual sugar in the wine.
This wine is a perfect aperitif wine and pairs well with shellfish, raw or fried fish, light cheeses and white meat. The wine is certified organic and 100% vegan, with minimal use of sulphite. The animals depicted on Wild Nature's bottles also live freely on the vineyard.
