Riondo, Ripasso del Valpolicella - Deep red in colour. Intense taste, full and characteristic with a touch of cherries and pepper: exactly as a Ripasso should be! The refined acids and soft tannins make the wine inviting, concentrated, but also elegant. The little brother of the Amarone, whereby the used peels of the Amarone are added during the second fermentation.
