Description

Wild Nature, Prosecco Frizzante,

Wild nature prosecco frizante, from the proudly maintained wild nature estate which is located in Venice, characterised by its unique soil, considered a pearl among proseccos. The wine owes this to the excellent quality of the grapes, which ripen in all their glory in sunny Venice. The area is rich in all kinds of wildlife such as hares, foxes, pheasants, ducks and many other species of migratory birds. One animal dominates and oversees the area like no other; the barn owl.

The prosecco grape grows on a special soil created by sedimentary deposits. These give the wines of wild nature its unique minerality.

This Prosecco Frizzante falls under the category of terroir wines. This means that the grapes are grown organically, excluding the use of chemicals including chemical fertilisers and chemical nutrients. As a result, the grapes retain their original character and nature is taxed a lot less, allowing the vineyard to produce the best grapes year after year.
