Demarie Langhe DOC Rosso 2020 - This beautiful wine has a brilliant ruby red colour that tends towards garnet red with age. The bouquet is persistent and intense, with seductive hints of vanilla, sweet spices, liquorice, blueberries and blackberries. The palate is full and enveloping, with subtle acidity that does not disturb the balance. It is a dry, warm wine with impressive structure and a long-lasting finish.

Demarie

Our story begins like other stories of the time: a man who believes in the potential of his area, and chooses to tell it through wine.

The man in question is Bartolomeo, our grandfather, founder of the Demarie winery.

A gamble - for the economy of the time - to invest in the wine sector; however, the first results came quickly and, through challenges and satisfactions, Giovanni, his son, as well as our father, also got involved in the business.

Since then, the company has continued to grow on the solid foundations built by the grandfather, and with the philosophy that has always characterised our work: genuine, traditional production, with special attention to protecting biodiversity.

Like us, future generations will learn the art of the vineyard and cellar. That of Roero is a knowledge that will be passed on and that we hope will one day reach our children too.
