Dalton Chardonnay - The philosophy behind this wine was to make a chardonnay with as little intervention as possible. We moved away from the heavy oak style and now have a much lighter and fruitier wine, which we think is a better expression of the fruit and a wine that is much easier to drink.

Nestled in the heart of Galilee, adjacent to the beautiful village of Kerem Ben Zimra, Dalton Winery is a gem that derives its excellence from the skills of its people and the natural gifts of its surroundings.

Founded in 1995 by father and son Mat and Alex Haruni, the two identified Upper Galilee's potential and envisioned it as a premier wine-producing region.

They brought international winemaking expertise and additional resources to the area with the aim of making the region prosperous, creating new jobs and promoting tourism.
