Dalton Rosé

Description
Dalton Rosé - Dalton Rosé is a blush rosé made from shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and barbera. The red grapes are brought to the winery at the end of summer and, after crushing, are left to sit on their skins for three hours before being pressed, resulting in a pale pink juice. This pink juice was cold-fermented for three weeks to preserve as much of the wine's character as possible. Fermentation was stopped early by freezing, leaving some residual sugar.

Description

Dalton Winery

Dalton wines share a common place and culture. These wines are made by the people of Dalton Winery, with the utmost respect for our vineyards and the natural flavour of their fruit. We strive for sustainability in our vineyards and minimise intervention throughout the winemaking process so that the wine you taste is fruity and smooth, as it should be. After all, wine is all about pleasure. Make this moment yours. Pause for pleasure.

Nestled in the heart of Galilee, adjacent to the beautiful village of Kerem Ben Zimra, Dalton Winery is a gem that derives its excellence from the skills of its people and the natural gifts of its surroundings.

Founded in 1995 by father and son Mat and Alex Haruni, the two identified Upper Galilee's potential and envisioned it as a premier wine-producing region.

They brought international winemaking expertise and additional resources to the area with the aim of making the region prosperous, creating new jobs and promoting tourism.
