SKOG gin was inspired by PJ the master blender himself on his weekly morning walks through the Flemish woods. He has a magnificently sharp eye for the valuable herbs that these woods are rich in. Going deep into the woods, he discovers the most beautiful herbs, which he feels, smells, tastes and absorbs. Once back in the laboratory, he experiments to find the right composition. And the end result is amazing; gins with a unique character. Mineral hints, woody tones and a velvety aftertaste. Right up to wood aging with fresh birch wood!
