Amarcord brewery

Amarcord, Italian craftsmanship...

In 1997, a new brewery was born in Rimini, a town located on Italy's east coast. This brewery's vision was to leave the smallest possible ecological footprint. This meant using raw materials sourced from sustainable Italian agriculture, using green energy and supporting Co2 reduction projects. To this day, the vision the brewery started with some 25 years ago is maintained. So much so , that in 2021 the brewery reached the goal of 'zero impact' in terms of energy.

However, the beer is not only ecologically...

Where Amarcord brewery is so modern in terms of sustainability, they are so traditional with brewing their beer. After all, the craft of brewing beer is not easy. Good raw materials are essential here. The process requires time, precision and skill, where no stage can be skipped. Amarcord Brewery brews its beers with extreme precision, which is unmistakably reflected in the taste...

From Italian soil...

Since 2020, it has used sustainably grown barley malt from Italian agriculture, which is also malted in Italy. It has also used exclusively Italian raw wheat and spelt for many years. Thanks to this recent supply agreement, at least 89% of the ingredients Amarcord uses for each of its beers are from Italian sources. The aim is to maximise 95.8% in the medium term, with no substantial change in any recipe.

This development fills us with pride and brings us closer to producing 100% Italian beers, from the cultivated field to the glass of beer.

"With a heart full of passion and unstoppable motivation, we create beers that leave a lasting impression."
