Recanati Bittuni

The Recanati Bittuni is a light red, slightly translucent wine with red fruit notes and floral scents in the nose. On the palate, we taste a nice minerality, with a bouquet of red cherries, raspberries and Mediterranean spices. This wine is a pure, ancient representation of Israeli terroir. The Bittuni is harvested from non-sprayed vineyards and grown using the traditional trellising method known as "Hebron Overhead Arbor."

Description

Recanati is one of Israel's most popular wineries and they work hard to keep/make their quality as high as possible with a large range. The winery was founded and built by two passionate men: Lenny Recanati and Uri Shaked. The winery is located close to the well-known town of Netanja. Because of their global experience in vinifying wine, we believe there is still a lot of potential in this winery.
