Description

Wild Nature, Valpolicella Ripasso,

Verona, one of the most beautiful areas of culture-rich Italy. Protected by the Lessini Mountains to the north, the south boasts breathtaking views of Lake Garda. An area where, in terms of scenery, you won't be easily bored... However, the area has more to offer; Besides the amazing nature and an abundance of all kinds of wildlife including hares, foxes, pheasants, ducks and many other species of migratory birds, the area is known as a region from which some of the world's most prized wines come...

That there is so much wildlife and nature glows with freshness did not come from nowhere. Wild Nature's precious estate is maintained with care and passion. Also, the winery's range consists only of organic wines which means no chemical waste is left in nature...

Valpolicella Ripasso DOC is a second fermentation of Valpolicella wine thanks to contact between Valpolicella and residual Amarone lees for about 15/20 days. It is characterised by a heavier structure and longevity.
